花卷 Steamed mandarin rolls

材料 8 - 9 個花卷

1. 250 克 = 8. 820 oz, 先濾麵粉
2. 半茶匙發粉
3. 1 1/2 茶匙糖
4. 1 1/2 茶匙乾發子
5. 165 ml = 5. 579 fl oz 暖水大約 40 度暖, ( 先用 75 ml = 2. 536 fl oz )
6. 1 條青蔥, 洗淨, 去水, 切綠色段薄片大約 4 湯匙
7. 3 湯匙菜油
8. 1/4 茶匙鹽
9. 一些麵粉
10. 8 - 9 張小油紙
11. 少許菜油, 擦用

2. 1/2 tsp baking powder
3. 1 1/2 tsp sugar
4. 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
5. 165 ml = 5. 579 fl oz, luke warm water, 40 °C ( first use 75 ml = 2. 536 oz )
6. 1 spring onion = 4 tbsp
7. 3 tbsp oil
8. 1/4 tsp salt
9. some flour
10. 8 - 9 sheets small parchment paper
11. some oil
